Mount Nittany, union ratify new three-year contract

STATE COLLEGE — Mount Nittany Medical Center and SEIU Healthcare Pennsylvania have finalized a new three-year collective bargaining agreement that includes wage increases, new paid parental leave and additional workplace safety measures.
