Warrant arrest made on Valley Street LEWISTOWN — The Lewistown Police Department took Brandon T. Hess, 28, of Lewistown, into custody on an active arrest warrant on Oct. 15, according to a release issued on Thursday. A department narcotics investigator observed Hess walking on Valley Street at North Pine Street in Lewistown at 1:51 p.m. Police were aware Hess had an arrest warrant related to a drug paraphernalia charge.
