LEWISTOWN — The Derry Township Board of Supervisors heard positive updates on the Kish Park mini golf course and discussed course improvements at their Monday meeting. From staff reports LEWISTOWN — A Mifflin County jury convicted a Derry Township woman Friday of delivering methamphetamine following a one-day trial in the Mifflin County Court of Common Pleas. Nicole Bohn was found guilty of delivery of methamphetamine, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to testimony presented at trial, Bohn sold methamphetamine to a confidential informant for $100 on June 28, 2024. Prosecutors said the drug sale was arranged through Facebook Messenger. New tax credit delivers $217M to Pa. workers

HARRISBURG — More than 876,000 Pennsylvanians received nearly $217 million through the state’s new Working Pennsylvanians Tax Credit during the recent tax filing season, Gov. Josh Shapiro’s administration announced. The Department of Revenue said the total is expected to increase as 2025 state tax returns continue to be processed, including returns filed under an extension.
