LEWISTOWN — The Lewistown Borough Council approved hiring a part-time administrator for the borough on Monday in a special meeting. Councilman Scott Gutshall moved to approve the recommendation to hire Roxanna Ruble pending a background check, and Councilman Jim Steele seconded. Ruble will be paid $18 per hour for up to 30 hours a week.
