Hunter charged in accidental shooting during deer drive
Anthony J. Peachey II, of McAlisterville, was charged with a misdemeanor of shooting at, injuring, or killing a human being while hunting Wednesday.
Peachey is accused of the accidental shooting of 26-year-old Floyd Wengerd, of McAlisterville, that occurred on Dec. 2, 2025, in Juniata County.
Peachey was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Joshua R. Imes and is awaiting a preliminary hearing to be scheduled.
