MIFFLINTOWN – The Juniata County School District Board of Directors approved a long list of field trips and facility use requests at its regular monthly meeting at the administration building in Mifflintown on Thursday night.

Facility use requests

The school board approved the following facility use requests:

-Matthew Wagner, of MC Eagles 8B Baseball, Juniata Elementary School gymnasium, as available from February through April 2026 and November 2026 through March 2027, no fee;

-Jose Castro, of PA Migrant Education Program Region 1, Juniata Elementary School facilities, afterschool program, Feb. 4 through April 22, no fee;

-Seth Mattern, of East Juniata air rifle team, Air Rifle Range, banquet, Feb. 9, no fee;

-Robert Digon, of Juniata County Early Childhood Services, East Juniata Elementary School services, parent meeting, Feb. 12, no fee;

-Jen Field, of Juniata Boys Basketball Booster Club, Juniata Elementary School kitchen and cafeteria, tournament concession stand, Feb. 20-21, no fee;
