What’s new at Beaver Stadium for 2025

UNIVERSITY PARK — Here’s a glance about what’s changed — and what’s remained the same — for game days at Beaver Stadium:

West side

temporary seating

Fans can enter through gates B and C on the west side of Beaver Stadium for access to the field level seating, which is similar to previous seasons. The temporary seating in the upper level is accessible from the upper concourse by going up any of the four new stair towers.

East side

temporary seating

There are six new stair towers on the east side of the stadium — two of which are permanent and four of which are temporary — can be used to access the upper level. This includes the temporary seating on the east side, which is located above gates A and E. Those seats have stair access.

Parking

The one-way traffic pattern remains in effect, starting about 2.5 hours before kickoff. North passes will enter from Fox Hollow Road, East passes enter from Park Avenue, South passes use Porter Road and West passes take Park Avenue via North Atherton Street.

Gameday parking can be purchased in lots 25 and 36, but are credit or debit only and cost $105.

Other changes

• The ADA entrance has moved from the west side of the stadium to the club and letterman entrance next to gate A and the All-Sports Museum entrance near gate B.

• Additional temporary wireless internet access points were added on the west side, which can be accessed by joining the network called PSU Fan.

• LED screens have been added above the south tunnel where the team comes out onto the field and along the railings around the field.

• Doors open three hours prior to kickoff for the beer garden, located at gate F. It includes lawn games, televisions with football games on and a double-decker sports bar that all fans will have access to. Food and beverages will be available.

Starting at $2.99/week.
