Woman facing harassment citation

MIFFLIN — Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a harassment type call on Sunday, June 8, around noon on Patterson Lane.

According to the report, a 50-year-old Lewistown woman was cited after allegedly harassing an 81-year-old Mifflin woman and a 54-year-old Mifflin man.

Shirleysburg man charged with DUI

NEWTON HAMILTON — A 31-year-old Shirleysburg man was charged with driving under the influence after Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown stopped his vehicle on Sunday, June 15.

According to the report, officers noticed a traffic violation occurred by a male driving a 2002 orange Jeep Chrysler Liberty around 7:30 p.m. on the First block of Bridge Street.

According to the report, Dylan Garnder was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged through the District Court.

Two charged in physical altercation

MIFFLINTOWN — Two Juniata County women were charged with harassment on Saturday, June 28, when Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown stated an altercation took place at about 6 p.m. at 1018 Rockland Road, in Fayette Township.

The report states that both females, Randi Holley, 34, of Mifflintown, and Katrina Kuyal, 32, of McAlisterville, were charged through Magisterial District Judge Tracy Powell’s office.
