Reedsville woman faces harassment charge

LEWISTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday investigated reported harassment at a residence on Snyder Hollow Drive, Decatur Township.

According to the report, McKenna Snyder, 24, of Reedsville, received charges from Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Reed for the harassment of a Lewistown resident.

School reports assault by 5-year-old

MOUNT UNION — According to a report issued by Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown, a 5-year-old allegedly assaulted a teacher by striking the unnamed woman in the face.

The child threw several chairs and pencils at the teacher and an administrator at about 8 a.m. on Monday at Kistler Elementary School.

Man faces assault, strangulation charge

MIDDLEBURG — Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove at about 11 p.m. Sunday, March 31, investigated a domestic altercation between a male and female on North Charles Street.

The report states that officers took Christopher Scholl, 41, of Middleburg, into custody and charged him with simple assault and strangulation.

Man cited for possession of illegal firearm

MIDDLEBURG — Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, March 16, investigated a report that a long rifle was found in the residence of Jeremy Long, 51, of Middleburg, on state Route 104.

Long is the subject of a final protection from abuse with firearms ordered to be relinquished.

The report states Long received charges.

Middleburg woman faces DUI charge

MIDDELBURG — Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove conducted a traffic stop on a 2018 Honda CRV at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday, April 6.

According to the police report, officers found the driver, Amber Martin, 38, of Middleburg, to be under the influence of alcohol and charged her accordingly.
