Follow current election results on Sentinel site
Special feature to provide up-to-the-minute results
The Sentinel has long been the leader in local election coverage for the Juniata Valley. We give you the information you won’t hear on the radio and may only get a passing mention on the TV news out of Harrisburg, Altoona or Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. We are your source for the races that matter most to you.
But, 2020 has been a year unlike any other, so we know Election 2020 won’t be the same either.
Simply, we don’t know when we’ll know who has won, but we’re pretty sure we won’t know on Election Night — at least not when it comes to who will be inaugurated as president on Jan. 20.
Given that uncertainty, The Sentinel has made it easier than ever to follow along with the results, even after our print edition for Wednesday morning has gone to press.
This year, a new feature will be available on our website (www.lewistownsentinel.com) that will provide up-to-the-minute results from the races that matter to you, our readers.
Among the featured races are, obviously, the presidential election, but also contests for seats in Congress and the Pa. House of Representatives.
We don’t know when we’ll know who won, but we can assure you that when the races are called, you’ll be able to see it on lewistownsentinel.com and in the next print edition of The Sentinel.
We thank you for doing what you always have — trust us to bring you the best, most complete election coverage in the Juniata Valley.
We just hope on Tuesday you’ll be sure to vote if you haven’t yet and then keep an eye on our website as the night (and probably coming days) unfold.
We are excited to see what happens.
