Robert George Boaz, 91, of Chelsea, Ala., Passed away on Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024. Born Aug. 24, 1932, in Mattawana, the eldest son to the late George and Jennie Harshbarger Boaz, Robert is survived by brother, Ronald, of McVeytown and Marlin, of Longfellow and nieces, Tami and Nicki. His great role models were his uncles, who all served in WWII. He graduated from McVeytown Oliver High School in 1950, after which, he went to work for Ford/New Holland and then the Pa.
