Walter Sheldon “Shell” Spickler, 77, passed away on Feb. 6, 2025, in Lewistown. Born July 15, 1947 to the late Walter E. and Helen M. Spickler, of McVeytown. Walter graduated from Rothrock Area High School in 1965 and continued his education at Thompson Institute. He served both full and part-time in the National Guard in Pennsylvania and Florida.
