The Mifflin County wrestling machine kept on rolling with an impressive performance at King of the Mountain last week and a gusty one against State College on Thursday. Now 4-0 on the season and PowerAde looming on the horizon, we can take stock of what to expect from the Huskies the rest of the way. Mifflin County started the season off with a bang, taking down preseason Mid-Penn Commonwealth favorite Chambersburg 39-27 at the Trojan Duals last Saturday. Who says you can’t go home again? Back in the day, for those who remember, I wrote a weekly wrestling column for this very newspaper from 1995 to 2003. It was a heck of a time and I enjoyed writing it so much. After I left the Sentinel full-time I never expected to be writing this column again, but as they say, never say never.
