Hours from the California coast, surfers are hoping one of the next spots where they can catch a wave is in the desert. HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania’s 2022-23 migratory game bird seasons have been set. Annual migratory game bird seasons are selected by states from frameworks established by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
