Hidlay to visit Kish Bank Field

Tonight at Donald M. Chapman III Stadium it will be Homecoming when the Huskies welcome Palmyra to Kish Bank Field. Along with all of the usual fanfare, newly crowned World Champion Wrestler Trent Hidlay will be on hand to meet and greet the fans in attendance. Hidlay was a Mifflin County graduate of the class of 2018, and twice crowned as a PIAA State Wrestling Champion for the MC matmen. After starring for the Huskies his career continued to flourish at North Carolina State becoming a five-time NCAA All-American for the Wolf Pack, and twice being an NCAA Finalist. After college, Trent shifted his focus to the world stage where he was a U-20 World Bronze Medalist, and then a U23 World Silver Medalist. Earlier this year Hidlay became a Pan Am Champion, and then earlier this month on Sept. 15 in Croatia, Hidlay defeated Amanula Gadzhimagomedov from Russia to become the World Champion at the 92 kg weight class.

Come out early, as supplies last Hidlay will be signing 200 pre-printed photographs for youth in attendance before the game from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m., and Hidlay will also be recognized during the pre-game ceremonies. The meet and greet and autograph signings will take place inside the Main Gates in the Common Area at Donald M. Chapman III Stadium. As always, at halftime a new Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned, plus there will be a performance by the Mifflin County Alumni Band. Former 2022 graduate Abby Liebegott will be on hand to sing the National Anthem, and then following the game the Husky Marching Band will be performing their 2025 show.

Starting at $2.99/week.
