Juniata golf heads to Hershey on Sept. 9
HUNTINGDON — The 2025 Juniata College men’s golf team is set to embark on a competitive and travel-heavy fall schedule that will test the Eagles across some of the most challenging courses in the region. With a slate featuring 10 events from early September through late October, Juniata will look to sharpen its form ahead of spring championship play.
September: Hitting the Ground Running
The season opens on Tuesday, Sept. 9 at the Elizabethtown Fall Invite, hosted at the Hershey Golf Course.
The Eagles return to action quickly on Thursday, Sept. 18 at the Susquehanna Fall Invite at Susquehanna Valley Golf Course.
To close the month, Juniata will compete in the two-day Cardinal Fall Classic on Sept. 27-28, held at the Black Rock Golf Course, an event that has historically drawn strong competition and provided valuable early-season momentum.
October: Full Swing into the Heart of the Season
October brings a packed schedule with seven events in just over three weeks. The team kicks off the month at the Penn State Altoona Fall Invite, another two-day competition (October 5-6) at Sinking Valley Golf Course.
From there, Juniata heads to the Alvernia Fall Invite on Oct. 7, offering a quick turnaround and another chance for lineup adjustments and individual development.
The following week features one of the fall’s marquee tournaments: the Battle at Bulle Rock, spanning Oct. 14-15. Bulle Rock Golf Course, a former LPGA Championship venue, will challenge even the most seasoned players with its length and strategic design.
Next, the Eagles face back-to-back days at the Spartan Shootout on Oct. 19-20, hosted at Royal Manchester Links.
The fall season concludes with the Landmark Fall Preview on Saturday, Oct. 25 at the scenic Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort. This pivotal event allows the team a preview of the spring’s conference championship course and offers an early gauge of their place among Landmark Conference rivals.
