To the editor: This is in response to the letter from Mr. Charles Deibert published on June 24. While what other countries do with illegal immigrants may be true, the fact that Mr. Deibert claims that illegal immigrants in the U.S. get the items he claims they do is complete nonsense. Food pantry to again offer free food for kids

To the editor: Thank you for providing this forum to share information. Again, this summer, the Juniata County Food Pantry is offering its Summer Backpack Program. Children who have completed any grade in the Juniata County School District this year from kindergarten through eighth are eligible to participate. Each student will receive food for 20 lunches for each of the three summer months.
