Barbara Ann Kelly, 85, of Lewistown, passed away at 12:45 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024, at her home. Born March 27, 1938, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Grace (Howell) Swineford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: husband, Harry R. Kelly Sr. on May 9, 2013; five brothers, Charles, Roy “Ted”, Thomas, Kenneth, and Robert Swineford; and five sisters, Phyllis Wilson, Beverly Baker, and Eileen, Sylvia, and Murial Swineford. Melvin P. “Shorty” Fultz, 76, of Middle Road, Lewistown, passed away on Friday, Jan. 26, 2024, at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital. Born Feb. 22, 1947 in McVeytown, he was a son of the late Harry J. “Ted” and Vada Mae (Traxler) Fultz. His wife, Mary Jane (Warner) Fultz, preceded him in death on May 13, 2005.Also preceding him in death was a sister, Margaret J. Arnold.
