Joy Ann Noerr, 70, of Lewistown, passed away at 8:20 p.m., Monday, Sept. 2, 2024, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Born May 14, 1954, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Laura Ritchey and George Walters. Joy is survived by her children. She was a 1972 graduate of Penn Highlands High School, Lewistown Campus. Joy was a homemaker and enjoyed volunteering in the community and spending time with friends.
