Nancy Lee (Seby) Miller, 85, of Milroy, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital. Born Sept. 20, 1939, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Roberta (Reese) Seby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David R.
