William Todd Bell, 61, of Lewistown, was peacefully welcomed into the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, at 9:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
Born Feb. 9, 1965, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late William K. Bell Jr. and Audrey A. (Morrison). In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Margy Bell.
Todd is survived by his beloved daughter, Erin R. Wagner and her husband, Kenny, of Milroy, and his cherished grandchildren, Jaren Kenny, Audrey, Knox, and Jack Wagner, who were truly the light of his life. He is also survived by his brothers, Daniel A. Bell and his wife, Kim, and Scott K. Bell, both of Lewistown; and his sister, Debra M. Conklin and her husband, Randy, of Reedsville.
He is lovingly remembered by his nephews, Jason Bell and his wife, Erica, Joshua Bell, Troy Bell and his wife, Megan, and Jesse Kerstetter; and his nieces, Mandy Schmella and her husband, Brian, and Olivia Gedda-Tunall and her wife, Stasia. He is also survived by his great-nephews, Caden and Reece Bell, and his great-nieces, Elyssa Bell and Nora Schmella.
Todd dedicated 37 years of hard work as a steelworker at Standard Steel, retiring in 2025. A man of deep and abiding faith, he was a devoted attendee of The Rock Church in Milroy and found great comfort and strength in reading his Bible. His faith guided his life and was evident in the quiet, steady way he lived and loved.
He found joy in the simple and meaningful things — working his farm in Vira, caring for his cows, and spending time in the outdoors as an avid hunter. Yet above all else, Todd treasured his time with family. His daughter and grandchildren were his greatest pride and joy, and he loved them with a full and devoted heart.
A viewing will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2026, at King Funeral Home and Crematory, 47 Carriage House Lane, Reedsville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the funeral home, with Pastor Chris Lutz officiating. Interment will follow in Maitland Cemetery.
