Suzanne B. Grissinger

Suzanne loved being with friends and gardening. She had a loving heart and was ready to give to anyone in need. She was formerly employed at GE in Lewistown, AAA of Central PA, and the Subway cafe in Harrisburg.

She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Peters and husband, Mitchell; granddaughter, Pearl Peters, who was the love of her life; sisters Jo-Anne Clark of Springfield, VA, Diane Galbraith, of McClure, Beth Staudt, of Keene, N.H.; brothers Joseph Staudt, of Harrisburg, David Staudt, of Harrisburg. She also is survived by 19 nephews and nieces.

We would also like to recognize her special neighbors and friends: Brenda and Wanda, who were always checking on her and were there to help when she needed it during her years of illness. Suzanne’s friends Shelly, Jan and Ruth are very special and were a tremendous encouragement to her. Suzanne so very much appreciated and loved each of them.

Suzanne will be dearly missed, but we look forward to reuniting with her in our heavenly home as she received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior during her last year on earth. A visitation with family and friends will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, 6150 Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg followed by Mass at 11 a.m.
