Shirley I. Berrier

Born Jan. 23, 1937, in Burnham, she was the daughter of the late Monroe and Grace (Howells) Johnson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Berrier and granddaughter, Robyn Elaine Berrier.

She is survived by her sons, R. Thomas Berrier and wife, Michelle, of Lewistown and Timothy T. Berrier, of Uniontown; Holly Lynn Maxon-Berrier and spouse, Jessica, Robert T. Berrier Jr. and wife, Leah, and Jacob I. Berrier; two great-grandsons, Harvey W. Berrier and Robert Leo Berrier; and a sister, Sandra Spickler and husband, Charles, Lewistown.

Shirley was a dedicated member of Little Valley Presbyterian Church. Earlier in her life, she worked for Arrow Shirt Factory and later at Cobbler Shoe Store.

She deeply loved her family and found joy in crocheting.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, 108 1st Ave., Burnham.

A second viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at the Little Valley Presbyterian Church in Lewistown, Pa., with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m., with Rev. Graham Fowler officiating.

Interment will take place at Juniata Memorial Park.
