Debbie J. Kibe

Born on Feb. 19, 1959, in Mount Union, she was the daughter of the late George H. and Lorma (Worthy) McConaughey. On March 7, 1980, she married Brad L. Kibe, who survives at their home.

Along with her husband, she is survived by children, Cindy Ritter and husband, Robert of Port Royal and Brian D. Kibe and wife, Nikki of Milroy; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and siblings, Carol Carlin, Mary Goss, and Bonnie Morton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Bradly L. Kibe II; a granddaughter, Paige N. Kibe; and a brother, George H. McConaughey Jr.

Debbie was a store manager at Nittany Minit Mart until her early retirement due to health concerns.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, camping, gardening, planting flowers, and reading, as she was an avid reader.

Services are private and are being planned for a later date.
