Robert ‘Bob’ D. Liddle
Robert “Bob” D. Liddle, 69, of Bluffton, SC., formerly of DuBois, PA., passed away peacefully on Jan.1, 2024. He was the loving husband of Pamela (Eckert) Liddle.
Bob was born in DuBois, PA on March 23, 1954 to the late Lamar and Dorothy Liddle.
Bob loved making his friends and family smile and laugh with nostalgic stories.
Early in Bob’s life, he was a volunteer fireman, went on to spend the majority of his career as a Project Manager at Rockwell International and Overhead Door Corporation. He ended his career as a Service Representative for the Social Security Administration. Bob had a great passion for coaching sports and playing golf. Bob was able to live out his dreams by living in Sun City (Bluffton, SC.) with warm weather, countless golf courses and his golf cart. he enjoyed meeting people and developing countless new friendships.
Along with his wife, he is survived by two daughters: Rebecca Oladinni (Femi), Danielle Henry (Michael); two sons, Dennis Liddle (Leigha), Darrell Liddle (Angela), stepdaughter. Bridget (Christopher), stepson, Shawn Hoover (Tracie) and thirteen grandchildren.
He was preceeded in death by two sons: Allen Liddle and Duane Liddle.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 16, 2024 in Sun City(Bluffton, South Carolina).
