Mitchell L. Burkholder
Mitchell L. Burkholder, 85, of Pleasant Acres in Lewistown, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Janice M. Burkholder.
He was the son of the late George E. Burkholder and Alberta M. Burkholder of Mount Union, Pa.
He is survived by a sister, Sharon Carrion (Jesus), of Columbia, S.C. and his children Mitchell Burkholder (Wanda), Adamstown, Pa., Shelley Harnish (Stephen), Myrtle Beach S.C., George Burkholder II (Ellen), Lancaster, Pa., Cheryl Clayton (David), Millersville, Pa., and Julie Lyons (Jacob) Centre Hall, Pa. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren and seven Great-Great Grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at King-Barr Funeral Home, 120 Logan St., Lewistown, Pa. on Saturday, Sept. 30 at 11 a.m. Condolences can be sent on kingbarrfuneralhome.com.
