David M. Swarey
David M. Swarey, 72, of 6117 Kettle Rd. Tyrone, died at 2:18 PM on Friday, Sept. 8, 2023. Born June 16, 1951, he was a son of the late John D. and Mary K. (Reno) Swarey.
He is survived by his wife, Katie S. (Yoder) Swarey. Also surviving are children: David Y. Swarey and wife, Sylvia, Molly E. Peachey and husband, Jacob, Enos J. Swarey and wife, Mary, all of Tyrone. Siblings: John B. Swarey, Phares H. Swarey, Israel J. Swarey, Annie M. Wengerd, Linda N. Peachey, Nancy E. Petersheim, and Joshua Swarey; and 28 grandchildren.
David was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Viewing to be held at home residence on Saturday, Sept. 9th PM, and Sunday, Sept. 10th PM, Funeral Monday Sept. 11, 2023 at 9 AM.
