Brian Eugene Knepp

Born March 21, 1969, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Gordon E. and Judith (Snook) Knepp. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Robin Hunt, and his fuzzy girls, Maddie, Heidi, and Sadie.

Brian is survived by his loving wife, Connie (Vaughn) Knepp, whom he married on Sept. 11, 1993, celebrating 30 years of marriage.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his siblings, Kevin Knepp, Sr. and wife Gloria, of Jeffersonville, IN. Teresa Knepp, of Yeagertown, and Lori Ellen Stumpff and husband Edward, of Belleville, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Brian was a graduate of Chief Logan High school, class of 1987, and later earned a degree from the Barber Styling Institute in Camp Hill.

Earlier in life, he was employed at the Lear Corporation, Lewistown Paper Company, and later at C.E. Thoman Auto. Most recently, he owned and operated Knepp’s Hill Top Barber Shop in Yeagertown. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on anything and everything, especially tinkering with anything motorized. He was a lover of conversation, and he never met a stranger that he didn’t talk to. He was a wonderful man to many, and a great neighbor that was always there to help anyone in need.

A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, at King Funeral Home and Crematory, 47 Carriage House Lane, Reedsville. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023, at the funeral home with Pastor Thomas Morningstar officiating.

Interment will take place in Church Hill Cemetery.
