Tate Michael Bishop, who was born on June 27, 2023, passed away on Monday, Aug. 21, 2023, at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
Tate is survived by his loving parents, Cody and Angela (Rose) Bishop; and his sisters, Julia Forlizzi, Dakota Bishop, and Skylar Bishop.
