Connie L. Bassler

Born on Jan. 14, 1954 in Lewistown, Mifflin County, she is a daughter of the late Walter Henry and Evelyn I. (Forry) Bassler.

She is survived by her siblings, Wendy J. Messimer and her husband Cliff of Thompsontown, Vicki I. Nease and her husband Christopher and Larry W. Bassler, Sr. and his companion Christine Walter, all of Mifflintown; her companion, Terry Frattarola of Thompsontown; and many generations of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Barry L. “Chip” Bassler on March 14, 2016.

Connie retired as a Registered Nurse with Sun Home Health in 2017.

All Services will be private with interment taking place at Maze Cemetery, Thompsontown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Ms. Bassler’s memory to Turkey Valley United Methodist Church, 13606 Route 235, Millerstown, PA 17062.
