Joshua E. Goss

Born May 7, 2004, in Lewistown, he was the son of Keith E. Goss and Tosha Shores, of Lewistown, who survive.

In addition to his parents, Joshua is survived by his 102-year-old great-grandmother, Juanita “Wanda” Powell, of Lewistown, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was a Mifflin County High School graduate, Class of 2022, and was currently serving in the U.S. Air Force as an Airman.

Prior to entering military service, he worked at the YMCA in Burnham as a referee and scorekeeper.

Joshua was a wonderful young man who loved playing basketball and enjoyed fishing. He will be missed.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 North Main Street, Lewistown.

A graveside service will begin at 11 a.m., Thursday, July 6, at Juniata Memorial Park, Lewistown, with full military honors provided by Langley Air Force Base military honor guard.
