Susan C. Glavach
Susan C. Glavach, 78, of Longs, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Born on Feb. 9, 1945, in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Forrest and Irene Gutelius.
She is survived by her son, Kevin Glavach (Victoria); daughter, Janine Cawthorne (John); brother, Tommy Gutelius; grandchildren, Rebecca Cawthorne (Oliver), Zachary Cawthorne, Andrew Shepherd; extended family, Brian Johnson; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Donald Glavach; sister, Doris Yarevitz and granddaughter, Samantha Cawthorne.
Susan cherished each moment spent with her beloved family and friends. She enjoyed playing bingo, gardening, going out on the Big “M” Casino Boat and just having fun. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
