James L. Shreffler

Born April 3, 1950, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late James and Betty (Crawford) Shreffler.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Peggy A. (Roberts) Shreffler; his son, Scott Matthew Shreffler, of Lewistown; step-daughters, Lisa Ritter and husband, Ron, of Mifflintown, Lori Sheaffer, of Berwick, andBobbi Jo Bishop, of Lewistown; a sister, Cara “Kitt” Martin, of Kentucky; and 7 grandchildren.

He was employed at Standard Steel as a lift truck operator for many years.

Earlier in life, he enjoyed roller skating and skiing. His greatest passion was for working on cars.

Per his wishes, there will be no services.
