Ellen V. Miller

Born in Vero Beach in Florida, on July 24, 1956, she was a daughter of the late Roger and Veronica Payne.

Ellen loved cooking for her family, and gardening around her home. Sunrises in Vero Beach held a special place in Ellen’s life, a precious vacation for the last 35 years.

She was employed as a waitress all of her life, the last 30 years at Honey Creek Inn in Reedsville.

Ellen is survived by her loving husband, D. Keith Miller, whom she married on May 16, 1988; children, Michael Hahn and wife, Denise, of Lewistown, and Tina Yetter and husband, Brad, of Penns Creek; Sherie Israel, of Virginia, Linda Bledsoe and husband, Casey, Debra Caudill, Michelle Bass and husband, Tracey, James Payne, John McCarty, Jackie Cooler and husband, David, and Bill McCarty, all of Florida, and grandchildren, Marissa Dauberman, and Mikayla McFarland.

Per her wishes, all services will be private.
