C. Clay Satterfield
C. Clay Satterfield, 52, Reedsville, passed away at 9:06 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, 2015, at his home.
Born Oct. 9, 1963, in Texarkana, Texas, he was the son of the late Charles Webb Satterfield and Dorothy (Barrett) Satterfield. He is survived by his spouse of 31 years, Lloyd A. King.
He is survived by his siblings, Cindy Renfro, of Houston, Texas, and Ray Satterfield, of Texarkana, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his siblings Sherry Bowman and Bradley Satterfield.
Clay had worked in telecommunications and in retail.
He was a member of and former sexton of the Reedsville United Methodist Church, and a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School, Texarkana, Texas.
He loved his Lord and his animals.
There will be a memorial service at 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, at Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville, with Pastors Jean Ward and Richard J. Bender officiating. Family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Interment will be private in Salem Cemetery, Siglerville.
