Are Christians ‘packing it in?’

It’s very sad to me that many, many so-called Christians seem to be, “packing it in.” The urgency they once had to reach the lost and disciple others has diminished into a dying flame. New life, new beginnings. Fall brings the harvest, the rewards for our labors in the spring. With Mother’s Day celebrations behind us for another year, I’m reflecting on the past. Where have the years gone? What may lie ahead? Did I have the ...

Is it time to slow down and take care of yourself?

From 30 years old and above, even to 50 years old Numbers 4:30 Does it seem like something is wrong with our system here in America? Politicians and many government workers have early retirement plans along with social security benefits at age 62; that may also include health care benefits when they reach a certain age. Many of them can retire at age 50 or even before with a very luxurious lifestyle. Yet some of our politicians want to raise the full retirement age on the working-class people like you and me! Something just don’t seem right. Most of us in the working class (blue ...
