LEWISTOWN — The Mifflin County Coroner’s Office has identified the man who died during a barricade standoff Saturday on Charles Street in Lewistown. Mifflin County Coroner Andrea L. Alcalde identified the man as Shawn Dearment, 52, of Lewistown. Dearment died from a gunshot wound, and his manner of death was ruled suicide, according to a release issued Wednesday by the coroner’s office.
