Methamphetamine seized, arrest made LEWISTOWN – Rodney L. Frymyer Jr., 30, address unknown, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after Lewistown Police Department officers recovered a backpack he allegedly abandoned while entering a residence at 3:13 p.m. on July 2, according to a release issued on Thursday. A search warrant led to the seizure of 19 grams of methamphetamine, a digital scale and personal identification.
