STATE COLLEGE — Penn State football fans heading to Beaver Stadium this season can use an enhanced 511PA website and mobile app to check traffic conditions, travel times and potential delays before and after home games. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said the specialized Penn State football page will provide real-time travel information for every home game this season, beginning with Saturday’s game against Marshall. MECHANICSBURG — Pennsylvania lawmakers plan to unveil a 10-bill package in October aimed at cutting household costs, easing business expenses and addressing problems ranging from rising electric bills to housing shortages. Man found in Juniata River identified

LEWISTOWN — The Mifflin County Coroner’s Office has identified the man whose body was found in the Juniata River last week as 51-year-old Jacob L. Auker of Granville. Auker’s body was found near Rock Base Lane in Lewistown at about 9 a.m. Aug. 27, according to a Tuesday release from Mifflin County Coroner Andrea L. Alcalde. An autopsy was performed Saturday at Mount Nittany Medical Center. The cause and manner of Auker’s death remain pending, the coroner’s office said.
