TOMBLAINE, France (AP) — Families watched in shock as a skydiving plane carrying their loved ones on what was meant to be a thrilling introduction to parachuting crashed in northeastern France on Sunday, killing all 11 people on board, authorities said. McClure homicide suspect dies in head-on crash on Route 104

MCCLURE — A McClure woman was found dead early Sunday morning and the man believed to be responsible was later killed in a head-on crash with a tractor-trailer on Route 104, Snyder County District Attorney Heath Brosius said. Brosius said he was notified of the homicide on West Specht Street at 6 a.m. after a man — believed to be the victim’s husband — called 911, reported the woman’s death, and told dispatchers he intended to take his own life.
