Unconscious scooter rider crashes twice LEWISTOWN — An unidentified 30-year-old area man was found unresponsive on North Grand Street in Lewistown after a recent scooter crash at 8:53 a.m. on July 16, according to a release issued by the Lewistown Police Department on Thursday. Narcan had no effect, he briefly lost his pulse and EMS revived him. He repeatedly stood up then collapsed, refused treatment and left on his scooter.
