Pa. unemployment falls to 4.1% in June
HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania’s unemployment rate fell to 4.1% in June, remaining below the national rate for the month, according to preliminary figures released Thursday by the state Department of Labor & Industry. The state’s unemployment rate declined by one-tenth of a percentage point from May and was two-tenths lower than June 2025. The U.S. unemployment rate also fell one-tenth of a percentage point to 4.2% in June.
