Fentanyl seized during traffic stop LEWISTOWN — Lewistown Police Department officers assisted after a Mifflin County Regional officer stopped Merrill W. Cramer Jr., 47, of Lewistown, for a red light violation at Spring and East Walnut Streets in Lewistown at 9:07 a.m. on Sept. 10, according to a release issued on Thursday.
