MIFFLINTOWN — A McAlisterville man faces charges in three Juniata County cases after state police allege he stole property, possessed packaged methamphetamine and injured officers during two struggles while being taken into custody. Joshua Allen Hockenberry, 41, is charged across the cases with two felony counts of aggravated assault, felony drug possession with intent to deliver, obstruction of justice, receiving stolen property and related offenses. Drone restrictions set for Penn State game

STATE COLLEGE — Drone flights will be restricted around Beaver Stadium during Saturday’s Penn State football game against Buffalo as Pennsylvania State Police plan enhanced aviation security measures. A temporary flight restriction will cover a 3-nautical-mile radius around Beaver Stadium and extend up to 3,000 feet above ground level, according to state police.
