Accidents between the new motorized/electric bikes and larger vehicles have been ticking up in recent months and that has Altoona police on a campaign to educate riders and, when necessary, issue fines. BELLEFONTE — A Centre County woman has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges related to the production and possession of child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
