STATE COLLEGE — The Central PA Civil War Round Table will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the South Hills School of Business & Technology, 480 Waupelani Drive.

Charles Fennell will present “Culp’s Hill and Little Round Top: A Tale of Two Hills.” Fennell holds a doctorate in American history from West Virginia University and taught at the college level for 44 years. He has also served as a licensed battlefield guide at Gettysburg National Military Park for four decades.

The program will examine key events of the Civil War, drawing on Fennell’s research and experience. The event is open to members and the public.
