PennDOT seeks public feedback on winter road services
HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is inviting residents to share feedback on its winter services through an online survey available through April 14.
The survey, which takes about five minutes to complete, asks participants about expectations for safe and passable roadways, snow-removal priorities and overall satisfaction with PennDOT’s winter operations. Responses are anonymous.
PennDOT Secretary Mike Carroll said the annual survey helps the department evaluate public perception of its services and identify opportunities to improve communication and operations.
The 17-question survey also asks how respondents receive roadway information and whether they use the state’s 511PA traveler information system.
