Lewistown woman charged in alleged meth sales
From staff reports
LEWISTOWN — A Lewistown woman is facing multiple drug-related charges following an investigation by Pennsylvania State Police.
Precious Nicole Conigliaro, 27, was arraigned Monday before a magisterial district judge on three felony counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; three felony counts of criminal use of a communication facility; and three misdemeanor counts each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, state police conducted an undercover investigation involving Conigliaro in October 2025. Police said a confidential informant arranged to purchase methamphetamine from Conigliaro on Valley Street in Lewistown, with three controlled buys conducted using Snapchat.
The suspected drugs were sent to a regional laboratory in November 2025. Police said results received in January confirmed the substance was methamphetamine.
Conigliaro is being held at the Mifflin County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. April 1 before Magisterial District Judge Weston.
