MIFFLINTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating a crash in which one driver fled the scene.

The incident occurred about 7:15 p.m. Feb. 25 on West River Road in Walker Township, where traffic was stopped due to a prior accident, according to police.

A 2004 Toyota Highlander driven by Victor Urbina Reyes, 51, of Mifflintown, struck a stopped vehicle, causing minor damage. Police said the other driver fled southbound from the scene in an unknown vehicle.

Reyes’ vehicle sustained major damage. He declined medical transport, police said.
