BURNHAM — TJ Maxx will open a new store at Mifflin County Commons in Burnham on Sunday, March 8.

The store, located at 325 W. Freedom Ave., Suite 327, will open at 8 a.m. for its grand opening. Regular hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily.

The approximately 22,000-square-foot store will offer apparel, accessories, jewelry, home goods and beauty products at discounted prices. Features include a single-line checkout queue and updated dressing rooms.

TJ Maxx President Nancy Carpenter said the company looks forward to serving shoppers in the Burnham area.

In connection with the opening, TJ Maxx announced it will donate $10,000 to a local charity. The store will also participate in the company’s annual in-store fundraising campaign supporting Save the Children’s U.S. programs.

TJ Maxx operates more than 1,300 stores in 49 states and Puerto Rico.
